With summer fast approaching, I wanted to make a fun and colorful dip that’s not only super easy to make, but also fun to bring along to any summer party and tastes delicious! This dip is sure to be a crowd pleaser!
What to Dip into Whipped Goat Cheese & Beet Dip?
- Carrot Sticks
- Celery Sticks
- Chopped Bell Peppers
- Toasted Bread
What Ingredients are Needed for Whipped Goat Cheese & Beet Dip?
Goat Cheese: We will need an 8 ounce log of goat cheese for this recipe.
Beets: If you can buy pre-roasted beets in the refrigerated section of the grocery store- go for it! Love Beets is a brand I like to purchase. To clarify, not jarred beets.
Olive Oil: Quality olive oil really enhances this dip, opt for extra virgin.
Lemon: The zest of one lemon.
Greek Yogurt: Plain greek yogurt. I used non-fat but feel free to use full fat, it would probably make it even creamier!
Optional Garnishes: Parsley, Dill, Chopped Nuts

How to Make Whipped Goat Cheese & Beet Dip
Add the greek yogurt, lemon zest, goat cheese, and 1 tbsp of olive oil to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the beets and remaining olive oil and blend again until super smooth and creamy and all ingredients are fully combined.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with optional garnishes like chopped nuts and herbs.
