A creamy, zesty, and boldly flavorful whipped feta dip that is ready in just five minutes!
I love Mediterranean culture and the foods they eat. Feta cheese is one of my absolute favorites and this whipped feta dip is high on my list of go-to party appetizers. Why? Because the dip itself takes 5 minutes to make! If you’re feeling fancy and want some fresh and warm pita chips to go along with it, you can whip up a batch of my air fried pita chips in just 5 minutes. Only have time for the dip? Serve it alongside fresh cut veggies like broccoli or carrots and store-bought pita chips.

What Ingredients are Needed for Whipped Feta Dip with Air Fried Pita Chips?
Pita Bread: Store-bought pita breads air fried to crispy perfection. Nothing better than a warm and fresh pita chip!
Feta Cheese: Opt for the full block rather than pre-crumbled feta.
Greek Yogurt: Plain greek yogurt. I used non-fat but feel free to use full fat, it would probably make it even creamier!
Lemon: The zest of one lemon.
Olive Oil: Quality olive oil really enhances this dip, opt for extra virgin.
Garlic Powder
Red Pepper Flakes
Fresh Parsley: Optional garnish. Can swap for another herb like mint or basil.
Pistachios: Chopped up small as an optional garnish. Can swap for pine nuts, chopped walnuts, or even slivered almonds!

How to Make Whipped Feta Dip with Air Fried Pita Chips
Make the Pita Chips: Slice pita bread in half and then cut into triangles. Place in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 350° F. If the air fryer is too full, do it in batches and repeat until all pitas are fried.
If you don’t have an air fryer, you can complete this step in the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 425° F, flipping halfway through.
Make the Whipped Feta Dip: In a food processor or blender, add the feta cheese, yogurt, lemon zest, and garlic powder. Blend together. Slowly drizzle olive oil through the opening of the food processor while blending.
Serve the Dip: Transfer mixture to a serving bowl and drizzle with optional additional olive oil, crushed red pepper flakes, optional chopped fresh parsley, and optional chopped pistachios. Enjoy with freshly crisp and warm pita chips!
