Only five ingredients required for the most amazing creamy and delicious (and vegan!) fudge pops!
They’re creamy, they’re chocolatey, they’re…vegan? Yes you read that correctly. The creamiest fudgsicles you will ever have and they are made with coconut milk!
What are Fudgesicles Made of?
A typical store bought fudgesicle is unfortunately made with a big ole list of not-good-for-you ingredients. Luckily for us, this vegan chocolate almond butter fudgesicle recipe is made with only five ingredients and we can pronounce them all! (Which is usually a good indicator that these are going to be pretty healthy). Now keep in mind, they are a chocolate popsicle so they aren’t a superfood, but they are super delicious! And they’re definitely better than anything you can buy at the grocery store… IMO :)
These are THE BEST vegan fudgesicles. If you aren’t vegan…which I’m definitely not…who cares?! You’re gonna want to try these no matter what.

What Ingredients are Needed for Vegan Chocolate Almond Butter Fudgesicles?
Cacao Powder: Organic cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder.
Coconut Milk: Full fat or lite coconut milk makes these fudgesicles super creamy! I wouldn’t recommend substituting with almond milk or oat milk if you want to keep the creamy factor. I have not tested with regular whole milk, but I imagine this would be a great substitute.
Medjool Dates: Pitted medjool dates to add the sweet factor.
Almond Butter: Creamy unsalted almond butter or swap for creamy unsalted peanut butter. I always use natural almond or peanut butters from either Trader Joe’s or Thrive Market!
Vanilla Extract: To enhance the flavors.

How to Make Vegan Chocolate Almond Butter Fudgesicles
Step One: In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. May need to scrape down the sides and continue to blend until the entire mixture is incorporated.
Step Two: Pour mixture into 6 individual popsicle molds. Make sure to leave a bit of space (don’t fill to the brim). Cover with the popsicle handles.
Step Three: Place in the freezer to set for at least 4 hours. Keep in the freezer until ready to eat!
Step Four: To remove the popsicles from the molds, leave out at room temperature for 10 minutes or run under hot water for 20-30 seconds until you can easily slide the mold off.
