A creamy and deliciously refreshing smoothie that feels like a breakfast treat!
Smoothies are a great breakfast option to make quickly and take with you when you need to be on the move. Now that I’m going back into the office pretty regularly, I like to make my smoothie in the morning while I’m getting ready (multitasking at its finest!), pop a lid on it, and bring it along with me on my walk to work.
This smoothie is also a great make-ahead breakfast. I find that if you make it the night before and pop it in the fridge, it tastes just as delicious the next morning!
This strawberries & cream smoothie reminds me of those strawberry eclair ice cream bars we used to get as kids from the ice cream trucks. A truly classic flavor. In this smoothie form, it’s almost like having your strawberry eclair ice cream in the morning, what a treat!
What Ingredients are Needed for a Strawberries & Cream Smoothie?
Strawberries: Fresh or frozen.
Almond Milk: Or any other non-dairy or dairy milk you prefer.
Banana: Frozen to help thicken the smoothie but also keep it creamy.
Greek Yogurt: Also a thickener that adds to the creaminess.
Honey: To sweeten the smoothie a bit.

How to Make Strawberries & Cream Smoothie
Smoothies are the best quick breakfast!
