Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar: These help to blend the beans and give it that creamy dip texture.
Jalapeno Peppers: One small jalapeno pepper to blend with the black beans to give it a bit of spice. Feel free to add more if you want it really spicy!
Spices: A combination of garlic powder, cumin, coriander, and chili powder packs a flavorful punch in this dip.
Lime Juice: A little citrus to help blend the beans and add even more flavor!

How to Make this Spicy Black Bean Dip
Step One: Rinse and drain the black beans and add the full can to the food processor or blender. Add the remaining ingredients: 1 small jalapeno pepper, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, ¼ teaspoon coriander, ¼ teaspoon chili powder, and the juice of 1 lime.
Step Two: Blend on high-speed until ingredients are combined and a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.
Step Three: Add dip to a bowl and top with optional additional jalapeno slices and some chopped yellow onion and serve with your favorite tortillas chips!
