The classic peanut butter blossoms cookie recipe with a Christmas spin!
Hershey’s kisses look so similar to Santa’s hat that I absolutely had to put a Christmas spin on the classic peanut butter blossoms cookie recipe. If you’re not familiar with the classic recipe, it's a peanut butter cookie with a milk chocolate Hershey kiss pushed into the top. For my Santa hat spin, we’re using white chocolate Hershey kisses and some red icing to really get us into the Christmas spirit!

What Ingredients are Needed for Santa’s Peanut Butter Blossoms?
Hershey Kisses: White chocolate hershey kisses.
Red Icing: For ease and simplicity, I use the store bought Betty Crocker tube of red icing!
Dry Ingredients: All purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder
Wet Ingredients: Granulated sugar, brown sugar, creamy peanut butter, butter, egg
Sprinkles: As an optional decoration, use red sugar sprinkles.

How to Make Santa’s Peanut Butter Blossoms
Prep: Preheat the oven to 375° F.
In a large bowl, beat the granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, butter, and egg together using an electric hand mixer or your stand mixer. Beat on medium speed until well blended.
Add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder to the bowl and mix until dough starts to form.
Assemble: Using a spoon and your hands, roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Place each cookie dough ball 2-inches apart on a baking sheet.
Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges appear golden brown. Remove from the oven and press a white chocolate Hershey’s kiss into the center of each cookie.
Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool*.
Once cookies have completely cooled, decorate with red icing and sprinkles however you desire.
