A plant-based, vegan ice cream made with only 6 ingredients in 5 minutes!
This pumpkin nice cream is vegan, dairy free, and refined sugar free. We’re using frozen bananas to achieve the creamy ice cream texture and maple syrup to sweeten the dish.
Why Do They Call it Nice Cream?
-
Nice cream represents any fruit-based frozen treat
-
It’s a vegan version of ice cream, making it “nice” and friendly for dairy-sensitive folks
-
It’s made using wholesome ingredients
-
It’s ‘healthier’ for you than regular full fat ice cream

What Ingredients are Needed for Pumpkin Nice Cream?
Bananas: Four medium-sized bananas that have been frozen for at least a few hours. To make things easier on my blender, I like to chop the bananas up into pieces before peeling them.
Pumpkin Puree: About ¾ cup of pumpkin puree. Make sure you’re buying 100% pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling!
Pumpkin Pie Spice: One teaspoon of this seasoning to really enhance the fall flavors.
Cinnamon: One teaspoon of cinnamon for some extra fall spice!
Maple Syrup: To add a sweetness to the ice cream without using any refined sugars.
Vanilla Extract: Always enhances the flavors.
