The easiest appetizer that’s savory and a little bit sweet. Made with 4 ingredients, it only takes 5 minutes to make this delicious appetizer that all your friends and family will be “popping” into their mouths! The perfect bite-sized snack that’s stuffed with mozzarella cheese and drizzled with a balsamic reduction.
These peppadew poppers are bite-sized bliss. They are super easy to whip up and make a great appetizer to serve or bring along with you to your next gathering. They’re one of those no fuss appetizers you’ll want to make time and time again. And hey, it’s almost New Year’s Eve, so maybe instead of popping bottles, we can pop some peppadew peppers straight into our mouths!
Peppadew peppers are my favorite because of their sweetness. They’re completely different from the roasted red peppers you’re used to seeing jarred. These little guys pack a sweet punch that compliments the creaminess of the mozzarella balls perfectly. When we top these stuffed peppers with a few pieces of fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic reduction, it’s like heaven in every bite.
Need a quick and easy appetizer to bring to NYE? I’ve got you covered.

Peppadew's are one of my favorite snacky treats and this takes them to a whole new deliciousness! Cheese makes everything better! Thanks for the great NYE recipe for Peppadew Poppers!
These are a great alternative to tomatoes and mozzarella. I’ll add this to my list for our next party. Thanks!
They look amazing! I will serve them the next time I prepare a Charcuterie board. Thanks for the inspiration.
