How to Make Oreo Crumble Cookies
Prep: Preheat the oven to 350° F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Make the Dough: Beat together the butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth and creamy, approx. 1 minute. In a different bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking soda, and dark cocoa powder. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Beat together on low speed until well combined, dough will be thick. Using a wooden spoon or rubber spatula, stir in the chocolate chips.
Bake the Cookies: Scoop 1 tablespoons of dough into your hands and roll into a ball. Place dough balls on the baking tray 2 inches apart. Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes, remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool for ~5-8 minutes on the tray before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
