Steak: A thin sliced steak cut into smaller bite-sized pieces. You can swap this for ground beef or ground turkey for a lighter option!
Vegetables: A combo of onions, mushrooms, and garlic to add in a ton of flavor and fragrance.
Saucy Ingredients: This beef stroganoff has a super flavorful creamy sauce made with a can of cream of mushroom soup, worcestershire sauce, cooking sherry, and beef bouillon.
Egg Noodles: Wide egg noodles are a must for this recipe, substituting for another thick wide pasta will certainly work if that’s all you have!

How to Make the One Pot Creamy Beef & Mushroom Stroganoff
Step One: Cut 1.5 lbs of steak into ½ inch pieces and dredge in a bowl of ¼ cup flour and ¼ tsp of black pepper.
Step Two: Heat ¼ cup of butter in a large pot over medium low heat. Once butter melts, add the steak and cook until browned.
Step Three: Once steak has browned, add ½ medium yellow onion chopped small, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and ½ lb of roughly chopped mushrooms. Saute for 3-5 minutes.
Step Four: Add a pack of bouillon to two cups of boiling water, stir and add to the pot. Add in 2 teaspoons of worcestershire sauce and ¼ cup of cooking sherry. Cover the pot and let it simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
Step Five: Add 2 cups of water and 6 cups of egg noodles and bring to a boil. Turn heat down to medium low and cook for approx. 10 minutes until noodles have softened (follow package cooking instructions on the noodles).
Step Six: Stir in one can of cream of mushroom soup. Let simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes before removing from the stove and serving.
