A creamy and boldly flavorful no bake pie reminiscent of the classic Italian dessert: Tiramisu. Crushed graham crackers and lady fingers for the crust and the classic mascarpone and cream filling are layered with espresso dipped lady fingers.
Making this no bake tiramisu pie is so easy! Prep time is only 20 minutes and then you place the pie in the fridge and forget about it until it’s time to eat!

Ingredients Needed for this No Bake Tiramisu Pie
For the Pie Crust: This is going to be a graham cracker and lady finger pie crust. Combined with a few tablespoons of melted butter makes this crust so scrump-dilly-icious. And it’s a no-bake crust!
For the Pie Filling: Classic tiramisu cake recipes include lady fingers dipped in espresso and a mascarpone and heavy cream filling. This recipe will include just that! We only need five ingredients for this filling: lady fingers, strong coffee or espresso, mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar.
Chocolate Topping: A light dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder and a few pieces of shaved chocolate are all you need. They make this pie look so pretty and add a touch of chocolate flavoring. Shaved chocolate is totally optional, but if you do choose to include it, it adds a beautiful touch. Grab a cheese grater and a sturdy dark chocolate bar and grate over the pie until desired amount is achieved. For this recipe, I grabbed a dark, coffee-infused chocolate bar to really enhance the coffee flavors from the pie. If you haven’t heard of Taza Chocolate, they’re my absolute favorite and local to my area but you can buy them online!

How to Make this No Bake Tiramisu Pie
Make the pie crust. In a blender or food processor pulse approx. 8 lady fingers cookies and 12-14 graham cracker sheets until finely crumbled. Stir in 5 tablespoons of melted butter. Press the crust into a 9” pie pan and let chill in the fridge while assembling the pie filling.
Make the pie filling. Beat together 1 cup of mascarpone cheese, 1 cup of heavy cream, and ½ cup of powdered sugar until thick consistency is achieved.
Assemble the pie. Dip the whole lady fingers in a chilled bowl containing ½ cup of espresso or strong coffee. Add a layer of the cream filling, a layer of the dipped cookies, and then another layer of the cream filling to the prepared pie crust. Sprinkle with approx. 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder dusting and shaved chocolate pieces (optional). Refrigerate 4-5 hours or overnight.
