Healthy, gluten-free, peanut butter balls made with natural creamy peanut butter in just 10 minutes! These are an awesome on-the-go snack option and sweet treat for when those hunger cravings strike.
Want a gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan treat that’s fluffy and chewy? Look no further. These no-bake peanut butter balls are so simple to make and are reminiscent of a traditional peanut butter cookie! Made with real food ingredients like natural peanut butter, oat flour, and agave so you know what you’re putting into your body. None of those processed and mysterious oils from generic peanut butter brands!
These peanut butter balls are free from butter and white sugar and naturally sweetened with agave syrup. They only require 3 ingredients and 10 minutes to make. They taste best when chilled in the fridge, so pop them in there for at least another 10 minutes and then you are free to snack away! They’re the perfect make-ahead treat to meal prep for the week so you can just grab them and go go go!
I love the simplicity of this treat, however if you want some variety, here are a couple of variations you could do: dip in melted chocolate, top with mini chocolate chips, crumbled pretzels or nuts!
Ingredients in these No Bake Peanut Butter Balls
Peanut Butter: Opt for natural creamy peanut butter as it produces the best texture and only has one ingredient: peanuts!
Oat Flour: To make these gluten-free make sure you’re using certified gluten-free oat flour or oats. I buy my oat flour from Thrive Market. If you don’t have oat flour you can take 1 cup of rolled oats or quick oats and process them down in a blender or food processor. If using steel cut oats, use ½ cup to make 1 cup of flour.
Agave: Agave acts as a natural sweetener and has a low glycemic index compared to that of granulated sugar, making it a great sugar substitute! Maple syrup or honey would also work in this recipe.

How to Make these No Bake Peanut Butter Balls
Step One: Line a tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Step Two: In a medium-sized bowl, add ⅔ cup of peanut butter and 3 tablespoons of agave syrup. Whisk together until just combined.
Step Three: Add 1 cup of oat flour to the peanut butter mixture and stir with a spoon or spatula. Dough will be a little bit crumbly, but will come together in the next step.
Step Four: Measure about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll in your hands to form a ball shape. Place the dough ball on the tray. Complete until all dough balls are formed.
Step Five: Place the tray in the fridge for at least 10 minutes to allow the balls to get cool and set. Remove and dip in your optional toppings (melted chocolate, mini chocolate chips, or crumbled nuts and pretzels are great options but definitely not needed for this recipe!)
