Fun backstory with this dip. My mom and I used to snack on this almost every day at 3pm when I would come home from school. She made it with sourcream and mayonnaise and although those two ingredients really grossed me out, when mixed with the spices it was the best tasting dip! To this day, mayonnaise and sour cream freak me out and I will not buy it. So I had to re-create this dip with something I could handle - insert Greek yogurt!
Greek yogurt is such a great swap for sour cream, the consistency is spot on which makes it an easy 1:1 swap in most recipes. Plus it’s way lower in fat and higher in protein!
What Makes this Dip Healthy? This dip is made from real, good-for-you ingredients. Typical dill dips are made with a base of sour cream and mayo. This dip uses greek yogurt as the base as a low fat and lower carb alternative!
Ways to Serve Dill Dip? Dill dip is best served chilled with potato chips, pita chips, or any crunchy vegetables. My personal favorite is with pita chips.

How to Make this Healthy Dill Dip
There’s not much to this recipe, it’s so quick and easy!
Step One: Combine 1 cup of greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of dill weed, 1 tablepsoon of parsley, 1 tablespoon of minced onion, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and a quick splash of lemon juice in a bowl. Stir together until fully combined.
Step Two: Serve chilled with your favorite dipping vessel!
