Fully loaded nachos are the perfect party or game day snack. Loaded up with crunchy tortilla chips, gooey monterey jack cheese, and all the nacho toppings your heart desires.
Nachos are the perfect party snack, whether you’re hosting a Cinco de Mayo party, a game day watching party, or just a party for two in your comfy clothes - these fully loaded nachos will be a great dish to serve up.
Double or triple this recipe for a big gathering or keep it just the way it is for a hungry couple or small group of four just looking for a light snack.
What Toppings Should You Put on Nachos?
The great thing about nachos is that they can be completely customized to your liking. Typical nacho toppings include some sort of taco-seasoned meat like ground beef, chicken, or carnitas. Beans either in whole form or refried. Cheese of course. And an assortment of salsa, pico de gallo, sourcream, sliced jalapenos, and diced onion.

What Ingredients are Needed for Fully Loaded Nachos?
Tortilla Chips: Tostitos scoops are always a fan favorite and hold a ton of toppings with every bite. Choose any tortilla chips you desire - blue corn, yellow corn, cassava - anything goes!
Ground Turkey: Lean ground turkey mixed with some taco packet seasoning for the ultimate delicious flavors.
Beans: A combination of black and pinto beans.
Monterey Jack Cheese: Nachos need a little kick to them so we’re using a cheese with some spice already included - Monterey Jack - the cheese that provides the perfect ooey gooey melty texture. If you want a milder nacho, opt for a sharp white cheddar. Want even more of a kick, opt for a pepper jack cheese.
Tomatoes, Avocados, & Red Onion: Just a small amount of red onion very finely diced, hopped tomatoes, and diced avocados thrown on top after baking.
