Creamy and smooth edamame hummus made from edamame beans and tahini that is delicious, gluten free, vegan, and nut free! Give this simple snack, appetizer, or spread recipe a try any day as it takes less than 10 minutes to make!
Trader Joe’s put me on this hummus. I first tried it years ago after finding it at TJoe’s and was HOOKED. Lately, I haven’t been able to find it at my local store so I figured I would try my hand at replicating it. This recipe gets pretty darn close, so if you’re a big fan of the Trader Joe’s edamame hummus - this recipe is for you!

What Ingredients are Needed for Edamame Hummus Dip?
Edamame: For ease purposes, get pre-shelled edamame in the frozen aisle of the grocery store! Thaw them out in a bowl of hot water and you’ll be good to go.
Tahini: An ingredient most commonly found in hummus recipes. Tahini is made from sesame seeds so this recipe is nut free!
Lemon Juice
Fresh Parsley
Garlic: Pre-minced or you can chop up a couple of fresh cloves.
Olive Oil: Helps to smooth out the dip and make it nice and creamy.
Salt and Pepper: Added to your preference.
