Mixed berries, banana, and a secret veggie blend together with almond milk and vanilla protein powder for a delicious breakfast smoothie!
Diverting from my usual yogurt bowl, this berry smoothie bowl is my second in line go-to breakfast recipe! As the temps get warmer outside I find myself craving smoothies. This berry smoothie bowl only requires 6 ingredients and 5 minutes of your time.

What Ingredients are Needed for a Berry Smoothie Bowl?
Frozen Mixed Berries: The frozen berry medley I use is from Trader Joe’s and it's a mix of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. You can use any mixed berries you prefer!
Banana: I use about ¾ of a full banana as I find it makes for the perfect consistency. And then the rest you can use as a topping!
Almond Milk: Any non-dairy milk you prefer.
Vanilla Protein Powder: I’m using a plant-based vanilla protein powder made from peas and hemp seeds. It has a chalkier consistency which is masked when in the smoothie.
Cauliflower Rice: A little bit of frozen cauliflower rice helps to bulk up this smoothie and give it that creamy texture.
Greek Yogurt: Hear me out on this one, we don’t blend the greek yogurt in with the rest of the ingredients. We’re going to dollop it on top when we're done and mix it in - adds a ton of creaminess to the smoothie - trust me!
