A super simple baked oats recipe that tastes just like banana bread! Gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar free, this baked oats recipe is a healthy staple you’ll want to make time and time again.
I’m a big fan of meal prepping and nothing screams easy meal prep more than a simple baked oats recipe. Whip up a batch of this, slice them into nine equal pieces, and bring them with you when you’re on the go. I like topping my banana bread baked oats with nut butter and some extra slices of bananas.

What Ingredients are Needed for Banana Bread Baked Oats?
Rolled Oats: Certified gluten-free old fashioned rolled oats work best for this recipe. Make sure you grab the ones that are certified gluten-free. Even though oats are naturally gluten-free, they are often cross-contaminated in production facilities
Baking Powder: To make sure we achieve optimal fluffiness.
Cinnamon: To add some extra flavor.
Salt
Bananas: Two large or three medium sized bananas mashed up nice and fine.
Eggs
Almond Milk: Plain, unsweetened almond milk. You could try using vanilla if you wanted vanilla flavors to come through.
Honey: For some natural sweetness. Can substitute for agave syrup or maple syrup.
Vanilla Extract: To enhance the flavors.
Walnuts: The best mix-in nut. Not too overpowering in flavor, adds a bit of crunchy texture, and enhances the nutrient profile of the recipe.
